My role is to build relationships with business owners, executives, and HR leaders, understand the unique needs of their organization, and help identify opportunities that complement their existing healthcare plans. Rather than leading with products, I focus on listening first, learning about each business, and connecting clients with solutions that support both their employees and their long-term business objectives.
Before joining STKS Partners, I spent more than 25 years in senior leadership within the mortgage banking industry. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges business leaders face and the importance of building trusted relationships based on integrity, communication, and results.
