I collaborate with affiliate partners and work directly with clients to introduce a preventative care and wellness solution built around SIMERP strategies. This program is additive and complementary to existing benefits, not disruptive to implement, and helps companies expand access to care, reduce out-of-pocket expenses for employees, and create meaningful savings without changing or replacing current plans. When employees have better access to care and keep more money in their pockets, companies often see stronger engagement, improved retention, and more predictable long-term costs.
