 With over 35 years of experience in national marketing and business development across both the insurance and non-insurance benefits sectors, RT is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Great American Benefits, a group of companies that operate as a national worksite insurance agency. RT has played a pivotal role in helping businesses tap into government-funded programs that drive their growth and profitability while also developing innovative insurance products specifically tailored for worksite and association distribution.

As a marketing expert, RT has not only crafted essential plan designs and marketing materials for various carriers but has also implemented robust training programs for managerial and agent teams. His hands-on approach includes managing national on-site enrollments, even for groups as large as 75,000 individuals, ensuring precision and efficiency at every level.
